Sal Saturdays

Ireland’s most celebrated show of Irish dance and music is coming to Australia in 2023 as part of their worldwide 15-Year Anniversary Tour. The show features Ireland’s most outstanding and elite dancers, who perform an awe-inspiring and innovative production that showcases Ireland’s rich and vibrant culture.

The Dress Up Party – Sunset 80s Rock Cruise
Place: Port Adventure Cruises, Cruise Port Macquarie
Date and Time: 26th August; 6 pm onwards
The Dress Up Party is a fun and nostalgic event that invites guests to dress up as their favourite rock stars from the 80s and enjoy a four-hour cruise along the Hastings River. The cruise will feature live performances of iconic hits from the era by The Dress Up Party, a local band that specialises in 80s music. There will also be prizes and giveaways for the best costumes and the most enthusiastic dancers.
The boat is the MV Port AdVenture Rhythmboat, operated by Port AdVenture Cruises. It will depart from and return to the Town Wharf, at the end of Clarence Street in Port Macquarie. Guests should arrive by 5:30 pm and park their vehicles at nearby parking areas.
The boat has a fully stocked bar where guests can purchase drinks and a viewing deck where guests can enjoy the scenic views of the river.
Oh What A Night: Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons
Place: Glasshouse
Date and Time: 23rd August; 8 pm to 10 pm
Ticket Prices: From $49.50 to $69.50
Age: All Ages
Fans of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons can enjoy a musical revue that celebrates the legendary group and their timeless pop songs. Oh, What A Night is a concert and tribute show that features great choreography, humour and energy, as well as a cast of talented singers and dancers.
The show includes all the original hits of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons and also features some of his solo hits. It is a concert-style revue that showcases the music and the group’s history and engages the audience with informative and funny commentary between the songs.
